5mm LED Red 12V 20mA Integrated Resistor 

12V 5mm LED with through-hole Type 503FRD62D3L14-12V got the similar specifications with 304FRD62D3L14V12. For both of this Red Through-hole LED, they are all red diffused lens with 12V forward voltage, 20mA operation current and integrated resistor inside. The biggest different is the size of LED Lamps. The former 5mm Red Through-hole LED got 5mm diameter red diffused cylinder with 8.7mm high and the latter 3mm Red Through-hole LED just got 3mm diameter red epoxy lens.
